Simon is a trainee solicitor in Bevan Kidwell’s corporate department.
Prior to joining Bevan Kidwell, Simon specialised in corporate and commercial law in China and Hong Kong, international tax and M&A. He has helped listed companies and entrepreneurs establish new businesses and structures, giving practical advice to guide his clients on the legal, commercial and cultural environment in China and Hong Kong.
At Bevan Kidwell Simon takes a commercial approach to his practice and believes that understanding his clients’ business, strategy and commercial concerns are key to providing practical, jargon free advice.
Outside work, Simon enjoys poker evenings, Chinese art and wine.
