Marianne Wheatley is head of Bevan Kidwell's Commercial Litigation Department and its Contentious Employment Department.   In all her work, Marianne's aim is to get to the heart of the matter and resolve issues in a commercial and cost-effective manner.

Marianne's practice covers the full range of commercial litigation.  Specific industry expertise includes the financial and regulatory sector, in particular spread betting and CFDs in respect of which she has conducted two leading Court of Appeal cases, human fertilisation and embryology, and the wholesale and retail pharmaceutical industry.

Marianne also has an extremely busy contentious employment practice - this includes the dealing of termination of employment from both employer's and employee's perspective.  She acts as an in-house resource for very large companies and has vast experience in negotiating exits for senior executives.
