Kevin specialises in commercial litigation and licensing; he has vast experience in these areas, acting as an assistant to Marianne Wheatley and Lisa Inzani.

On litigation matters, Kevin regularly attends Hearings before Masters in the Queens Bench and Chancery Divisions of the High Court, Registrars in the Bankruptcy Courts and District Judges in the County Courts. Kevin also deals with debt recovery matters for a number of our corporate clients.

In relation to licensing, Kevin assists Lisa at all stages of the application process, from inception to grant of the licence.

Kevin brings a hands on practical approach to his work; his aim is to get the job done, in a commercial and cost effective manner.

Kevin is midway through his studies to become a Legal Executive with ILEX (Institute of Legal Executives). He is also a keen angler and follows Charlton Athletic.
