After qualifying as a solicitor in 1991, Helen worked in the Private Client department of a major international City law firm, advising UK and overseas clients on a wide range of residential and commercial matters including trust property, charity land transactions, agricultural tenancies, refinancing and insolvency, leasehold enfranchisement and other landlord and tenant matters. She then joined a large north London firm as a partner, successfully setting up and running property departments in different locations. Helen then established her own highly successful London practice dealing with a wide range of residential and commercial property matters, and was nominated several times as preferred solicitor for clients acquiring property in new developments.
In 2003 Helen merged her practice with Bevan Kidwell, whom she has known and worked with for almost 20 years, and in 2009 she joined them as a consultant, bringing to the firm a solid client base.
Helen believes her success has been due to her wide experience, her responsiveness to clients’ needs, and her understanding of the importance of every property transaction to every client.
When not conveyancing, Helen enjoys swimming, creative writing and making mosaics.
